Suppliers shall comply with applicable competition laws, fair trade laws, antitrust laws, and other relevant regulations in all countries/regions to ensure a free market and fair competition.
All transactions with suppliers shall be conducted in a fair and transparent manner and in compliance with applicable competition laws and related regulations. Any association with anti-social forces is strictly prohibited in order to safeguard corporate reputation and fulfill social responsibility.
To uphold the principles of integrity and business ethics, all employees of the Company are prohibited from accepting gifts or engaging in any corrupt practices involving suppliers. This includes, but is not limited to, the prohibition of accepting gifts or improper benefits, offering improper benefits, engaging in corruption or bribery, avoiding conflicts of interest, and fulfilling obligations of proactive disclosure.
Based on the principles of energy conservation, environmental protection, labor safety, human rights, and sustainable business operations, the Company expects its supplier partners to jointly strive toward high ethical standards and to promote respect for human rights, environmental sustainability, labor rights, and a safe and healthy working environment.
To reduce the impact of electronic waste on the ecological environment, suppliers shall use green products to minimize pollutant emissions and provide products that are free from hazardous substances and meet quality requirements.
